Problème stockage

Je ne sais pas pourquoi mais il n’y a plus d’espace de stockage disponible sur l’application Adobe Fresco (il manque 1,3 Go). J’ai essayé de supprimer plusieurs projets mais rien n’y fait… De plus, je ne peux plus exporter. Que puis-je faire ?

I think I've seen a solution suggesting signing out and back in to the Creative Cloud and Fresco can help clear this up.

Have you tried things like that?

Comme l'a suggeré @Sjaani essayez de vous connecter et de vous reconnecter de votre compte Adobe fonctionnes parfois.
Vous pouvez aussi essayer de vous connecter sur votre compte CC via l'app creative cloud

et cliquer sur l'icone en forme de nuage en haut a droite: appuyez sur le boutton "pause" attendez quelques minutes, et appuyer sur le boutton play ensuite.
Surtout si vous voyez que l'icone contient un cercle tournant (erreur de synchronisation)

Vous pouvez aussi en profiter pour vérifier les réglages de la synchonisation (roue dentée)
Vous pouvez aussi vérifier le statut de toutes les synchronisations sur l'app Creative Cloud mobile (android, et iOS)

If not, kindly share more information, like the exact version of Fresco/OS installed, device make/model, and screenshots of the Cloud Storage screen from Fresco and the Device Storage under iOS Settings > General > iPhone/iPad Storage screens if you are on a mobile device or from Settings > System > Storage screen if on Windows, so we can better assist you.
