Questions about Fresco

My Adobe Creative Cloud says that Fresco is included, but when I try to download brushes it says I have the free version. I don't understand.

There are two versions of Fresco, the free one with limited additional functions (although the core product still works as is) and the version included either from the specific Fresco plan, the full CC subscription, or a specific Fresco included plan (like the photosghop single plan or the mobile design bundle)
