I just subscribed to adobe fresco on my iPad and For some reason it's not working and I can't use the premium brushes and it looked like it's the same as before without the subscription.
The forum is mostly responded to by other users who generally can't assist with Subscription issues.
Have you contacted Adobe Care?
You could also try the Fresco development team (frescohelp at adobe dot com), if they can't help directly they will at least point you in the right direction to get assistance from the accounts team.
have tried to close everything and restart your device??
