Transform tool on Windows giving problems

Hi! I´m using an XP Pen tablet and the issue also persists when using my mouse. Whenever I want to move something I´ve selected there's no easy way to move it always scales my selection never giving the ability to move. The only option I have is to use the cursors and it can take up to 10 minutes moving from one side of the canvas to the other. Issue persists nearly every time. Can we separate the scale and move options just like the liquify ,distort tool etc or am I doing something wrong? Thanks
