I import PSD files to rework them in Fresco but for some time now, when I try to modify the slaps from Photoshop, it says: unable to edit photoshop read-only layers.
I can't understand where the problem is coming from.

I found the answer myself after searching and it turned out to be because of color key effects assigned to multiple layers. I don't know why this creates a conflict, probably Fresco doesn't support Photoshop layer effects. You must therefore desactivate the effects in Photoshop.
