Unable to load project. Adobe Fresco

Hi there, I need some assistance with regards to adobe fresco.

When I tap on a project to open it, it loads then shows an error message saying that it was unable to load the project and to contact support. Then I uninstalled the app, but the same thing happened. What should I do?

What kind of project is it? What color mode & size is it?

It is just a drawing file (I don't know the specifics) it is small in size. 

But I did manage to sort out my issue, thank you for your time.

Would you mind creating a duplicate of your document from the Cloud Documents portal (https://adobe.ly/41awVGF) and then opening it in Fresco to check if it helps? You could also, try downloading the file as a PSD and then importing it in Fresco and sharing your observations.
