Hello, could abyone help me with an issue I’m experiencing? I'm unable to open one of my previous files, but other files stored in the cloud open without any issues. Additionally, Adobe Fresco frequently crashes. Do you have any idea what might be causing these problems?

Thanks for reaching out. Could you please try signing out and signing back in using the Google option on the sign-in page? This can sometimes resolve issues with accessing specific files. Also, I checked that files are stored on your Creative Cloud account (3.229 GB out of 5 GB). Let me know if this helps!
