¿Hay opción de ver en vídeo el proceso de dibujo y que salga cuantas horas he invertido en hacerlo?

I believe you are referring to the TimeLapse option, but you want the video to play in real time.
Fresco only does a fast playback. It might be possible to import the TimeLapse video into an app such as Premiere Rush or Pro and extend the playback time through one of those video apps.
