With all due respect, this doesn't answer or even address the core of JennyJones' inquiry. She's asking why iPad is prioritized over Windows, and why Windows users have to wait several months, if not years, before getting the same features as iOS/iPad. We all pay the same subscription fee, and a clear update schedule isn't asking for too much. It's a valid question and deserves a transparent answer.
