Having been a surface user but liked the quality and price of Lenovo 2 in 1 - touchscreen laptop with stylus/pen I'm shocked to see that this brand that includes a pen/stylus in many of its products is not compatable.
would like an ETA on compatability of Fresco with Lenovo devices.

Adobe tends not to advertise dates or which devices they're working on. This lets them work on things until ready for release without having to push to a specific date.
Best you can do is keep an eye on the Specifications page to see if/when the Lenovo devices might start to be added. I can not say that they will, just that the specs page is the best place to keep an eye on it. You could also add a request for Lenovo to be included here https://adobefresco.uservoice.com/
