Hi,
I'm trying to install Photoshop on my travelling computer that requires an older version. I've found one which I have installed, but I don't have a serial number so I am trying to activate it through my adobe ID. I should be able to have it on two computers. When I am trying to log in through register product, I can enter my ID and my password, but then it says
You couldn't start your subsription on Adobe CS Live. Try again later.
I've already added too much time troubleshooting this. There is nothing wrong with my clock or my internet connection.
I don't understand why adobe doesn't have an easier way for me as a paying customer to solve my problem manually, instead of sending my round and round in world of trouble shooting..
Please help me with this.
Does anyone know what to do?
Kind regards,
Fredrik

cs6 is the oldest version you can use with a subscription. with everything else you need a serial number.

you need your serial number. cs5.1 doesn't activate with your adobe id.

Thanks for your answer, but I don't have a serial number. I activated the CS6-version with my ID. Can adobe provide a serial number for me you think?
