Adobe CC won't show in Launchpad

I can't launch Adobe CC from the launchpad, since the icon isn't there. I've tried dragging the app and creating a shortcut in launchpad, but it doesn't work. It shows up just fine on my macbook but not on my imac. I tried reinstalling and restarting but it doesn't seem to matter.

As you have mentioned you need the English version of the help document mentioned in the above reply, the document is for Creative Cloud cleaner tool: Use the Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool to solve installation problems.

You can use the cleaner tool to remove and uninstall all or selected Adobe apps.

Same to me. Instead of the "Creative Cloud" icon, there is a "Creative Cloud Uninstaller" icon (that I really don't need). Please, Adobe, help!
