Adobe Creative Cloud Double Billing me

I don't know how this happened but I logged in on two separate occasions on the same machine and each time was ask to confirm my subscribtion and input my card details. When I looked at my order history I discovered that Adobe has in fact billed me TWICE for the same product (Creative Cloud) on the same machine (1 seat). How can I get a refund for the money I have double payed to adobe?

I have the same issue. I don't see how to contact Adobe. Do you have that info?

I used Adobe support to contact Adobe on January 9th. They said I should receive an email from them in 2 business days and I still have not received any information from them.
