Hi, When I attempt to open Flash on my PC I receive the following message "The application Adobe Flash CS4 has unexpectedly quit". I uninstalled all of Creative Suite 4 and reinstalled using the disks from my Creative Suite pack and the serial code. During the installation an error occured whilst Flash was being installed and I'm receiving the same message when I attempt to open. I'm using Windows 7 on a Desktop PC.

uninstall, clean per Use the CC Cleaner Tool to solve installation problems | CC, CS3-CS6 and then reinstall.
if you see an error during installation, take a screenshot and attach it, if it's in english.

Hi,
I followed your instructions re. CC Cleaner Tool removal and upon reviewing the cleaner tool log there are several lines with failed to remove (see attached). Please advise.

i can't see your computer so you need to read and follow those directions to get more help. you can open the log file in a text editor and search for "ERROR".
copy and paste the first 5 or 10 lines where ERROR first appears in the log.
