Adobe Photoshop Elements 2.0

I have an old version of Adobe Photoshop Elements 2.0.  It has become corrupted.   Can I find it online and reinstall it on my mac?   I have a license agreement and valid serial number.

No.  The oldest version available is PSE 7.

I saw that thus the reason for asking if some one perhaps have a download link. I found a 30 day trial version but the register button is grey out and does not give me the option to activate

If the option to activate is grayed out it is probably because there is no longer an activation server for the software.  That being the case, any download you get will be the same.  Trials versions are only different from others by their time limit... when activated they are fully licensed copies.
