Adobe Photoshop Elements 2018 Download Challenge

Hello Everyone,

After downloading a trial edition of Photoshop Elements 2018 from Adobe onto my desktop Pc, which is running Windows 7 Home Edition with Service Pack 1 I receive a message saying not all files have been installed. I click on the link for the error code which navigates to a dead end.

For ease of communication I have attached two screenshots to illuminate my challenge, can you help me, please?
