adobe premiere 6.5 installing

hello i have adobe premiere 6.5  ive formated my pc and now i cant install the program      nothing happends   my windows is 7   64  bit

    You have Adobe Premiere 6.5 or Adobe Premiere Pro CS 6 ?

    What is the exact error code/message if you are getting any? Kindly attach a screen shot.

    i have the original disk of 6.5
    i like this program and love to work with him

    there is no code of error , simple nothing happends when i try to install
    in the past was an error code that say is not compatible with windows............. maybe 64 bit

    Yes, it is not compatible with the Operating system and Adobe has also not tested the product on newer operating systems.

    The Operating Systems Compatible are:

    Microsoft Windows 98 Second Edition, Microsoft Windows Millennium Edition, Microsoft Windows XP
