Can't purchase Creative Cloud subscription

I have been trying to purchase a Creative Cloud subscription for the last few days and it does not work. I've tried different browsers, different devices and even calling adobe sales and it still doesn't work.

Anyone else having issues?

You'd think it be easier to spend money!

Please help.

So I just purchased Adobe Creative Cloud. Money came out of my account but says I have to wait 24 hours? Currently working on a project on Premeire due MONDAY.... I call customer service and they guy told me in broken english it wasn't they're problem because they are a third party company for Adobe. I asked for a real number to talk to some one who can help me and he gave me this number- 206-675-6126 (which I thought was strange....) and the number is DISCONNECTED. I want to rip my hair out by this point and desperate to get any help!

Hi,

I'm having this trouble too. Like 1 month ago I renewed my subscription and there was no problem at all. But 1 week ago Adobe told me that my session was expired. So i'm trying through the whole things that everybody at the top told, same step, same problem. What should I do ? Please, i have to work w/ my Premiere Pro all time, and stuck in this problem. ASAP

and also! I tried to contact the number (i'm in Indonesia) and nobody speak or anything for 5 minutes, waste my time, a lot. the last thing I did chat with the customer service about my problem, i gave my latest purchase number and everything, even him & her shifted my chat to others, going and going, no solution, at all.

The worst service I've ever encounter, I tried over 20 times to purchase the Creative Cloud and no help, whenever I start a chat they keep me waiting and then they give me some random numbers that I cannot reach. It is very bad for a big company like Adobe.

I think the company must pay attention to this.

I still haven't purchased CC. I am disappointed with you guys!

Hi, I am having the same problems with purchasing CC 2015 Student. I have tried it multiple times with different master/visa cards. I am in Malaysia, but purchasing with an Indonesian bank issued card and paying in Rupiah. I have tried with a local Debit mastercard too and it doesnt work either.

I am also experienced unable to purchase month to month complete plan, been using 2 different card visa and mastercard still no use,latest chrome, here is the error that i've got :

I am encountering an issue with purchasing Adobe CC for students for the monthly plan. I put in all the details, and when I hit confirm, it acts as if it refreshed the page and tells me to input all my information again. I've done this twice now, so I'm hoping not to get double charged! Will I have to wait a few days to see the subscription update?

Dar all,

   I have a slightly different problem, I’m trying to purchase a photography plan here in Italy but I was stooped with the explanation that in “San Marino” is not possible to buy this plan.

Well, I do not live in San Marino but in Italy, how can I correct this issue? I have tried to look into my adobe ID account but nothing came out

Your Adobe account has been set up with "San Marino" as the country. Please follow the steps here Change the country associated with your Adobe ID to set up a new account with correct country.

Thanks, I have followed your suggestion and now I have recreated my original account but now this new account is empty, all my already uploaded pictures are still in the old one, is it possible to move or join two accounts?

I also have the same problem here in Thailand. I would like to purchase photography plan but I could not. I tried with several credit cards, several web browsers in both Mac and Windows but I still unable to purchase the plan. I also tried to change AdobeID to a new one but I got the same error. I contacted to customer service twice and the problem still remains, finally they suggested me to contact to reseller instead. Unfortunately, the resellers do not have the photography plan and they told me that this plan is only available via Adobe Web Store. Very frustrating.

We couldn't find a adobe cc subscription associated with this adobe ID. You can purchase a new subscription or if you do have a subscription and are unable to use it
