CC 2015 fails to install Windows 10

I need help!

I've upgraded Windows 7 Ultimate to Windows 10 Pro. My previous hard disk was damaged so I bought a new one to install Windows 10, which means I had to download everything again. That includes !Creative Cloud. I've downloaded the installer, but when I run it it just closes after like 2 seconds. No error messages, no notifications of any kind. It just stops. It worked perfectly fine on Windows 7.

I've tried running as an administrator, didn't worked.

I've tried the compatibility troubleshooting and it says it's not compatible, which is ironic due to the fact that the release notes on CC 2015 says it's now compatible with Windows 10.

I'm in the middle of finals in college and I'm really desperate to find a solution.

Thank you for your help Jeff A Wright‌‌. I did not tried that last suggestion.

Instead I used the solution 2 from this topic Error: "Failed to install" | Creative Cloud Desktop‌. It helped me!!!

After following the instructions from "Solution 2: Run the Adobe CC Cleaner Tool" I re-installed the creative cloud app and it's now working!

Thank you anyway!!!!

Aimee Martinez did you transfer or migrate any files to this new computer?  Please utilize the Creative Cloud Desktop uninstaller available at Error code 2 or 50: Creative Cloud desktop app update failed to remove the current installation of the Adobe Creative Cloud desktop application.  If you have any questions regarding the steps or receive any specific error messages you are welcome to update this discussion.

I did transferred files from my old hard drive, but as I can remember just mp3, jpg files, nothing related to configuration or setup files for any app.

Anyway, my problem begins a lot earlier than that... I downloaded the "CreativeCloudSet-Up.exe" and ran it. After asking for permission and clicking "Yes" this window pops up

That's the usual, I've done it before.

The problem is that the status bar doesn't even get to the middle and the installer closes. It doesn't show any error, or bug or anything I could use as a reference to report the error. It just closes and nothing happens after that. I've repeated the process many times. I've tried running it as an administrator (even though my user IS an administrator) and when I do it this happens

I even tried the "Program Compatibility Troubleshooter" and when I tried running it with Windows 7 compatibility, the same error from the first image happened. I then tried reporting it to Microsoft and checking for online solutions and this is what showed up

I really need to install these programs, I use them for my college projects!! Please, help.

Aimee Martinez did you try the suggestions I offered in message #1?  If so what were your results?

Aimee Martinez did you receive any errors when running the Creative Cloud Desktop installer?  If not then I would recommend reviewing your installation logs for the specific error preventing the Adobe Creative Cloud desktop application from being reinstalled.

You can find details on how to locate and interpret the installation log files at Creative Cloud Help / Troubleshoot install issues with log files | CC.  You are welcome to update this discussion with any specific errors you discover.
