Tandpin, thanks for being a long-term user of Adobe's software and services. I don't see an active subscription for Creative Cloud under the account you used to post to this public discussion forum, but I do see the copy of CS6 Design and Web Premium that was registered in 2021.
New subscriptions for Creative Cloud may not include licenses for Creative Suite 6, depending on how the subscription was purchased. Active subscriptions, which previously had access to Creative Suite 6, are not blocked from doing so, unless they change their plan to a single-app plan or end their commitment. This is part of what you are encountering right now, with the new CC subscription invalidating the previous license.
If you want to still use Dreamweaver CS6 in 2025, then I would recommend using it on a separate computer from the one being used for Creative Cloud. This advice would only be for new subscribers since the new Creative Cloud license may not include software versions that old as part of the subscription.
Let Kglad and I know how you want to proceed, and we can provide more guidance. If you want to restore CS6 on this computer, then you would uninstall all the apps, followed by running the CC Cleaner Tool, and then reinstall the CS6 using the steps listed at https://adobe.ly/4b7dtBd to manage the activation for continued use on that computer, or on a different device. If you want to use CC on the current computer, and Dreamweaver CS6 on a different computer, then the advice will be a bit different, Tandpijn, so let us know which route you want to take, so we can provide further guidance. ^JW
