Change in payment method

Dear Sir/ Madam,

We want to change the payment method. The payment is currently going through credit card. We want to change it to bank transfer or direct debit or standing order. Appreciate if you could advise how to proceed because when I clicked on change payment details, it only gives me the option to change the credit card details instead of providing other payment methods.

your Customer Care is a freaking JOKE just like your making people click in circles to may a damn payment change. CC get stolen expire, get changed. if you want payments to continue add a damn payment section under manage account for all accounts or don't complain when you stop getting PAID! this is so STUPID Seriously. The account I use to pay for this will be closing and If I can not update the information EXPECT NOT TO GET PAID AND ITS YOUR OWN FAULT! take that to your website designer Moderator deleted last part of sentence. Please do not use profanities or your posts may get refused.!

Let me make this really simple! ?Give US Payment options  ADD/Remove a credit card. & Change Payment method.  under MANAGE ACCOUNT!  U will avoid allot of frustrated Pissed off people. STOP the BS! If i cant change it you DONT get PAID-SIMPLE ENOUGH!

This is the most STUPID BS I have encounter on a professional web site service Ever!  Make MAKING A GOD DAMN PAYMENT EASY1 DO YOU NOT WANT PAYMENTS! YES I AM angry at the stupidity ADOBE HAS SHOWN you should be ashamed and embarassed1 HOLY CRAP with this!

If that does not work, feel free to update with information on what you did and what part failed. You will be given gudance on updating your data accordingly. If you are really stuck, feel free to contact customer service on this: Contact Customer Care .

To avoid turning in circles push the blue button « Show me my contact options » after having asnswered some prelimiary questions.

Please hire someone who has a credit card and understands how often they require updating.
