Creative Cloud has a blank screen with a spinning wheel
I have tried all of the solutions in internet. But it didn't work at all. It took already the whole day to do that. Without CC, my Illustrator can't work, either. What can i do more???

Susususy have you tried all of the steps listed in Adobe Creative Cloud desktop app doesn't open or shows a spinning progress wheel ? Were you able to locate the OOBE folder successfully? What version of Windows are you utilizing your Creative Cloud membership on?
