Creative Cloud not installing after download - MAC

Hi everyone,

I downloaded the CC but i don't know why, i double-clicked on the Creative Cloud Installer and then, NOTHING happened..

Is anyone around here who knows what can i do to fix that problem and to get the CC installed on my iMac?

My iMac is 2,8GHz Intel Core i7 and running with OS X El Capitan 10.11.6

Hi Adriens89,

As you have already tried all the basic troubleshooting steps i would recommend you to refer to the steps shared in the following thread to manually remove the remnants of Adobe Creative Cloud desktop app from your machine: illustrator reinstalling free trial 1 day old!

After this try the installation of Adobe Creative Cloud desktop app again and share the results. Download Adobe Creative Cloud apps | Free Adobe Creative Cloud trial.

I still have the same problem... When i launch the CC installer, nothing happens on my iMac...

Is there anyone with the same problem? Do we have any solution to fix that problem and install CC?
