None of my apps (InDesign, Photoshop, PremierePro) will launch. When I click on it, the Adobe sign-in dialog box pops up, I enter my credentials, then the box changes to a "thank you screen." After that, one of two things happens. Either the app icon bounces up and down in the dock like it's about to open and then the sign in box pops up again (no matter how many times I sign in, this happens) OR another box pops up prompting me to uninstall and reinstall the app. I tried this once and after reinstalling, I still was stuck in an endless cycle of signing into my Adobe account. Anyone know how to fix this?
generally, you would install the cc desktop app from here https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud and use it to install your adobe subscription and trial programs.
because you have an older os, not all adobe programs/versions will be available to you.

Have you ever had a Cloud subscription on that computer?
Read Cloud takes over https://forums.adobe.com/thread/2089127 for some ideas (see reply #1)

I don't think so. Every time I create something I just save it on my computer or a drive.

I think I license? I'm not sure. I have free access through my university so I log in with my school credentials which hasn't ever been a problem until now. I'm on OS X Version 10.11.6

You posted in the Creative Suites forum, which is for CS6 and earlier... not a Cloud subscription

Free access to what?
You need to find out exactly what you have and report back so someone may try to help

Sorry! I was on the Adobe Help site and actually wanted to talk directly with someone but the site directed me here, so I'm not sure which forum I should post in. However, I checked and my university gives us free access to Adobe Creative Cloud and all of the apps, but when I save documents or projects I have the option of saving them on my own computer (which is what I always do) as opposed to using the cloud.
