CS3 Master Collection Offline Activation No Longer Supported?

I attempted to activate an installation of CS3 Master Collection on a computer with no internet connection by using the activation website, but that came back with an "Invalid Response Code" message. I also tried contacting the Adobe Support Chat folks, but was told that offline activation for CS3 products is no longer supported.  Unfortunately I don't have the option to connect this computer to the internet to do an online activation.  The Support Chat person told me to come here for help, so that's what I'm doing next.  Does anyone have any ideas on how to do an offline activation of CS3 Master Collection, other than what I've already tried?
