how to download edge animate CC

Please download the Adobe Creative cloud desktop app first : Download Adobe Creative Cloud apps | Free Adobe Creative Cloud trial

After this go to previous version apps and you'll find Edge Animate CC listed and can download it from there.

Unfortunately there is no such an option in the CC desktop app. The help you provided is not the same as my CC desktop app. In my app, which is the latest, I don't have the option to download previous apps. Can you please help, why I don't have this option ?

Below Mobile and web design you'll see View Previous versions written in blue as shown below in the screen shot, please click on that option and check.

Did you see my screenshot? There isn't any VIEW PREVIOUS VERSIONS button under Mobile and web design.

I reviewed your Adobe ID( email address ) you have utilized to post on forums, and found that there is no purchased Subscription/Membership registered there.

If you have an alternate Adobe ID( email address ) try signing in with that and check.

****Note :- You'll only get the option of previous version apps if you have a purchased Subscription/Membership of Creative Cloud apps.
