Please download the Adobe Creative cloud desktop app first : Download Adobe Creative Cloud apps | Free Adobe Creative Cloud trial

After this go to previous version apps and you'll find Edge Animate CC listed and can download it from there.

Dear Bani Verma,

Unfortunately there is no such an option in the CC desktop app. The help you provided is not the same as my CC desktop app. In my app, which is the latest, I don't have the option to download previous apps. Can you please help, why I don't have this option ?
