I pay monthly as a student and each time I try to open Premier, AfterEffects or Creative Cloud i get the Error 16 message

i was able to right click on the red install icon and install through the terminal window.  i found the thread somewhere on here.  Thanks for your reply!

i followed these steps but SLStore and Adobe PCD do not exist in my library.  I have Adobe CS6, not CC.  Does that make a difference?

CS6 is included in CC and it is included in puneeta23771395 's suggestion.

Are you sure you followed the instructions correctly?

ie it is: Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\ Adobe PCD\ and not Program Files (x86)\Adobe\ Adobe PCD\
