Hi Jackson,

Please let me know what OS version are you using. Further also check if you have Read / Write priveleges to the default 'program files' folder in which you are trying to install the software. What amount of free space do you have on the installation drive?

You can also try installing from a different Admin account and check.

Jackson Jackson please try extracting to a different location such as your User folder or Desktop.  Once the install files are extracted you can then try to install Photoshop Lightroom.  It is likely you are not able to extract to the Program Files folder as you would need elevated permissions to do so and the extraction process is not the same as the installation process.
