Fried Motherboard

I had my motherboard fried on the PC that I had the adobe photoshop installed on.  I moved my two hard drives into a new computer.  I am unable to uninstall the program from the dead computer,  which was the instructions given to me when I tried to start my program that I paid for and installed.  I believe that my EULA allows me to use the program on one computer, yet if I cannot resolve this issue, I will not be able to use the program on this computer, which is my working computer.

Is there a workaround on this?

    Hi,

    I simply removed the old hard drives from the working computer and installed the

    hard drives in the new computer, along with the extra memory.  All programs

    (windows, several games, MS office, etc) either allowed me to enter the new key

    or worked without requiring any additional intervention on my part.

    I can reinstall the program if you think that would help, but right now it is

    teling me my activation limit is reached and that I must deactivate one of the

    other copies.  This is adobe photoshop C5S.

    I tried a different key from another that I purchased and it seemed to work

    find.  Maybe I entered the wrong key

    Hi,

    Did you try installing the application on your working computer and did you receive any error message?

    Most of our desktop products can be installed on 2 computers as long as both are not used simultaneously.

    If you have received an error stating you cannot install it on any more computers, please contact our support team to have this resolved.

    You can contact support from this link : Contact Adobe Support.

    On this page, click on your product and then select "Activating my product or serial number issues" from the dropdown.

    Then click on "I still need help" and you will be provided with an option to chat with or call our support team.
