How can I download Photoshop 10 on my new computer?

I have previously purchased the discs for Adobe Photoshop Elements 10, and got a new computer without a disc drive. Is there any way I can download and use the serial number on the version I have already purchased without upgrading? I would really appreciate any help, as I need this for a college class. My new computer runs Windows 8 OS. Thank you.

if you follow all 7 steps, you can download a trial via one of the links on this page using a browser that accepts cookies:  http://prodesigntools.com/photoshop-elements-10-direct-download-links-pse-premiere-pre.html

and activate with your serial number.

if you have a download problem, you didn't follow all 7 steps.  typically, failure to meticulously follow steps 1,2 and/or 3 is the problem, but your browser must also allow cookies so that's (a restrictive browser setting) another potential source of problems.

These links take me into installing a free trial of photoshop 12, which I have already used. It wants me to upgrade now that my trial is up. Can I somehow download photoshop elements 10 onto my windows 8 computer without a disc? I don't have the money to buy the new version or upgrade my old version.

again, failure to meticulously follow steps 1,2 and/or 3 is the problem, but your browser must also allow cookies so that's (a restrictive browser setting) another potential source of problems.
