how do I switch computers with creative cloud?

I am a creative cloud member and have been using it on my school computer. I recently purchased a new computer and want to download Creative Cloud onto it as I am deleting it off of my old computer but I'm having a hard time figuring out how to do this through Adobe. Any thoughts?
