Hi Guys.

I know this topic is more than 1 year old, so I hope you don't mind me digging it back up for help, but I have a similar problem and the suggested solution by Mylenium didn't help me.

The only difference between my situation and malakb's is I was never asked for an Admin password, and I'm having trouble with Acrobat Pro XI trial uninstalling. Oh, and the reason I couldn't get Mylenium's solution to work is I'm using a Mac and the Acrobat Cleaner Tool apparently requires it's users to be running Windows ONLY.

If there's anyone out there with Mac OS X 10.9 experience who can help me out with this, I would be most grateful.

BriKuhn I would recommend that you post the specifics of the difficulties you are experiencing to the Acrobat Installation & Update Issues forum - http://forums.adobe.com/community/acrobat/installation_and_update_installation.
