I can't download Adobe Animate CC

When I try to download Adobe Animate CC, part way through the installation it gives my the message saying "Installer was unable to access a critical file/directory. Please try installing again.(Error code: 43)"

I've tried reinstalling it but there is still no change

Could you please help me?

are you using the cc desktop app to install, https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud
