I got a new laptop and need to install my program onto it. I have the CD's but no disc drive to put them into my computer. What should I do?

Downloadable installation files available:

Download and installation help for Adobe links

Download and installation help for Prodesigntools links are listed on most linked pages.  They are critical; especially steps 1, 2 and 3.  If you click a link that does not have those steps listed, open a second window using the Lightroom 3 link to see those 'Important Instructions'.

You will need to buy an external disc drive.  They are usually around $40.00 I think.

1. Get someone with a disk reader to help you transfer the files to a usb drive

2. Or,download the trial version from Adobe.com, install that,  and use your current serial number to make it permanent

If you try the second option and it won't accept your serial number, you can phone/chat with Adobe support using the links here
