I installed InDesign CS3 on my offline MacBook Pro several years ago - activated by phone. My hard drive had to be restored this year. My InDesign is back on the laptop but I need to activate. Computer still needs to be offline. Isn't there some way to activate by phone?

It does not matter what the screenshots says, the process for all of them are the same.
