info about plan and invoice with italian VAT

hi, i want to buy a subscription for a single users for photoshop and nedd a couple of info.

1) the differenze between "Fotografia" and " Singola Applicazione" is that the second have provides the use of a web site. right? i don't need it, so i think the "Fotografia" plan can be my choice.

2) i need and invoice with my VAT number, can i use the single user plan or i'm forced to choose the company plan?

3) the most important of all, without which I can not subscribe. i will receive an invoice from adobe italy that has an italian VAT, or from adobe U.S. or with an adobe header from a country other than italy? this why i can't receive an invoice from a company which has its registered office outside italy.

the photographers plan includes photoshop and lightroom and is less expensive than a single app plan.  that's the main difference.
