I have just purchased Photoshop and Premiere Elements 10, although the Photoshop has loaded onto my computer, the Premiere will not load and comes up with thye message " this installation package is not supported by this processor type. Contact your product vendor".

Can anyone please help me on this issue.

Many thanks

Hi,

Thanks for your reply,

my computer uses windows vista and the processor is Intel core 2  32 bit.

The elements 10 came with 2 discs, one windows and the other mac os.

Many thanks

Did you only purchase Premiere Elements 10?  You should be able to install the software from disc one.  The second disc would give you that error message, depending on which package you ordered, as it maybe the 64-bit install files.

Hi,

Can you let me know your processor details and the operating system you are installing Premiere Elements on?

Can you also let me know which disc you are installing Premiere Elements from?

Here are the details for your reference:

Disc 1 contains the installer for Windows 32 bit.

Disc 2 contains the installer for Windows 7 64 bit.

Disc 3 contains the installer for mac OS.

Disc 4 is the Adobe Premiere Elements content disc for Windows.

Disc 5 is the Adobe Premiere Elements content disc for Mac OS.
