Is there a way to install After Effects CC 13.5.1 without the Adobe Creative App? Sort of a .DMG file installation?

I need to install AE CC 13.5.1 for class, and I have a license key, but I wont be able to install the adobe creative cloud app. Is there a way to download  After effects CC only?  I need for a MacBook Pro Computer. Thanks

      All I get is the following message when I downloaded the setup for After Effects CC 13.5.1, any solution?
