License transfer from Mac to PC?

I purchased Adobe Creative Suite 6 (Design Standard and Teacher Edition‎) for Mac in 2013. Since then my Mac computer was stollen. I would now like to purchase a PC. Is it possible to transfer my license from Mac to PC without re-purchasing it? What options exist?
