Hello

We are currently experiencing issues with machines where whenever you go on a CS6 product it will ask for the Adobe id and then the activation code, once done it will load into photoshop (or any other product being used) and then ask for activation again, if you do the code or in fact press continue trial it will work fine however if you close photoshop and re open it, it will ask you again for activation, likewise with when log off and log back in it will repeat the process of asking to log in and activate.

we are running windows 7 on the machines, and i did have to reinstall Photoshop on the machines due to it asking me.

if anyone can help that would be great

    Hi Amiller.dorcan,

As you have mentioned that Adobe applications even after activating ones also after reboot. You have also tried to run it as administrator as suggested by John however, it still persists.

I would request you to try the steps from this link: -Creative Cloud signs me out or asks me to sign in repeatedly and skip solution 1 as that is specific to Creative Cloud.

In addition to that, you may also try the steps mentioned on this link: -Software License Agreement reappears after you click Accept and share the results.

If it still persists, I would really appreciate if you could to share the screenshot of the sign-in pop-up, so that we may assist you appropriately.

    Thanks.

Run as Administrator http://forums.adobe.com/thread/969395 to assign FULL Windows permissions may help... says Encore, but sometimes required for ALL Adobe programs (this is NOT the same as using an Administrator account)
