Missing or invalid personalization information. Unable to open CS

Reinstalled Adobe CS after it crashed.  Now, Illustrator will open but Photoshop will not because of missing or invalid personalization information.  Can not identify anything wrong with my profile, and the software was working fine before it somehow got corrupted.  Anyone able to help?  Thanks!

if that's really adobe cs, you should probably upgrade to cs2, Error: Activation Server Unavailable | CS2, Acrobat 7, Audition 3

otherwise, uninstall, clean and then reinstall, Use the CC Cleaner Tool to solve installation problems | CC, CS3-CS6
