Mixamo - Something went Wrong

Hi

 

I am trying to to export a model from Maya to Mixamo. The file seems to import OK but then I get a message "Something went wrong, Contact support". This happens repeatedly. Has anyone ant suggestions?

Neither Maya nor Mixamo are Adobe programs. Are you trying to import a file created by one of these two programs into an Adobe product? If so, let us know which product you are trying to import to and someone will move this post to the appropriate product forum. If you are looking for help only for Maya or Mixamo, however, you will have to contact their support.

 

ETA: I was just coming back to say that I see that Mixamo is an Adobe product, but we don't have a forum for it here, except John beat me to it.
