My account links to Spain, but Im now in Belgium so I cant buy online from here. Its absurd.
Seems I menitoned Spain when I opened my account with Adobe. But Now Im in Belgium so Adobe tells me I cant buy/download software unless I have a Adobe ID for Belgium. Which means creating another email address just for this. Which Im not bothered to do, really.
When I click on Change the country, they say: ask the customer service for it". And customer service clicking takes me to the forums, unless I want to pay international calling rates to hopefuly reach some human being working at Adobe. So here I am, talking alone.
This is absurd. I need the software now and I really wonder why our phisicall locaton matters to the point of blocking a purchase, in the age of internet.
I am alos extremely dissapointed with customer service at adobe.
Des anyone have any idea of how to go about this?
