Hi - my creative cloud icon is grayed out and I can't seem to log in.  On a Mac running latest version of OSX

Hello JeffP0830,

Try to force quit creative cloud desktop application and relaunch . If still not able to sign in trash opm.db file.

Use path : username > Library > Application Support > Adobe > OOBE > opm.db

Can you also share screenshot of creative cloud desktop application?

I do not have a opm.db file to delete.

I deleted the op.db file and re-booted - problem seems to be solved.
