PAGUE NUEVAMENTE EL AÑO COMPLETO DE ESTUDIANTE Y NO PUEDO INSTALAR NINGUNA APLICACION. COMIENZO LA INSTALACION Y QUEDA ANCLADA EN UN PORCENTAJE Y NO SE MUEVE MAS. NO SE QUE HACER. TENGO TODO PAGO Y NO PUEDO USARLO.

Isabelc85880195, what operating system is installed on the computer that you are trying to install on?  Do you receive any specific errors?  What Adobe application are you attempting to install?

HOLA, TENGO WINDOWS 10 X64. INTENTE BAJAR TODOS , CREATIVE CLOUD, PHOTOSHOP, LIGHTROOM ENTRE OTROS Y SE DETIENE LA INSTALACION EN UN PORCENTAJE 5.7% ALGUNOS Y OTRO EN 17% . NO DA ERROR DE NINGUNA CLASE. SOLO SE DETIENE.

Aún no he solucionado nada.  No marca error. Se detiene la instalación en un porcentaje, diferente cada vez y nada más.

hola .. resulta que me esta pasando el mismo error, hace poco empeze a pagar la licencia de estudiante, ahora tengo una laptop nueva y desde hace un dia estoy intentando instalar las aplicaciones y llega a un porcentage de instalacion y de ahi no pasa.

 mi sitema operativo es windows 10 espero me ayuden a solucionarlo pronto
