I'm having issues with CC apps frequently crashing so I decided to uninstall all the apps, use the CC cleaning tool by following the instructions given here:
Use the Adobe Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool to solve installation problems
however the cleaning tool never gave me the message “Adobe Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool completed successfully,” and when I restarted my comp I could not locate the CC Cleaner tool.log
I opened CC Cleaning Tool a second time, but nothing shows up in the window and it's not allowing me to clean again.
Any suggestions?
