Nothing happens when I double click to install creative cloud
when i click on the file to download the creative cloud installer nothing happens
If you are using Windows, check whether the .exe file is being blocked , if present click on Unblock button.
Disable Anti-Virus and Firewall temporarily [ Optional step ]
Right click on Creative Cloud setup.exe and select Properties.
Example :
No Such option ?? let us know .
You can also try one more thing .
Delete Adobe Application Manager folder under C: > Program Files(x86) > Common Files > Adobe.
If present , delete Adobe Creative Cloud folder from C: > Program Files(x86) > Adobe.
Then Right click on Creative Cloud setup and then select " Run as Administrator " option.

For Mac OS X 10.7 and above versions :
Trash Adobe Application Manager and if present Adobe Creative Cloud folder from Applications > Utilities.
Click on the below link and download Adobe Application Manager and install the same :

Once the installation process is completed, installation box will disappear, then open Application folder and locate Adobe Application manager launch icon , double click on it and update .
Once the update is completed. it shud launch Adobe Creative Cloud app.
