Hi, since it is not user friendly to explain my problem on a forum...

regarding subscibtion and downloading...

Is there a 1-800 .... phone line that I could call and speak to someone and have my problems fix once and for all.

no it isn't. Impossible to contact Adobe using their customer support portal. Just keep getting sent round in circles, returning to the same web pages. Totally useless I'm afraid.
