Photoshop 6.0

Hi, I have the old Photoshop 6.0, that I have had for a long time.  I have a new computer with Windows 10.  My disk for Photoshop 6.0 is so old that it is bent.  It will load into my cd tray, but nothing can be read from it.  I still have my activation code though.  My two questions:

How can I download Photoshop 6.0 without the disk?

Will it be compatible with Windows 10?

    As far as I know there is no download available for Photoshop 6 thru Adobe.  I doubt it would be compatible with Windows 10 since even some of the more recent Adobe products have issues with it.
