Photoshop Elements 14, 64 bit download, Installer failed to initialize on Windows 10, 64 bit PC

Purchased PS Elements 14 at Adobe as download, and tried to install 3 times, and each time

came to an error (no code #) Installer failed to initialize.

Anyone found a solution to this?

I have several others that work fine - windows 7

So the final word is apparently, PS Elements 14 cannot install on Windows 10, 64 bit.

So I have returned to using PS Elements 13 on this platform - which is all I need anyway - and

have requested a refund, which has been approved and is in process.

Also the instructions for the link https://forums.adobe.com/thread/1848277 didn't work, either. Also tried turning off antivirus, etc.

Guess will wait for Adobe Support response to this issue.

Installer Failed to Initialize is an issue caused to due to different reasons like Corrupt Application Manager which is nothing but Installer tool , Conflicting Processes which are running in background or Conflicting files or folders , or sometimes Installation Media itself and so on...

Did you downloaded Photoshop Elements setup file from below link ?

Download Photoshop Elements | 14, 13, 12, 11, 10
